Our customer sent us a request for a price and sent us rough idea of what was required, we emailed them with a price for the sign which they were happy with and then we sent them various layouts for them to view. Once they were happy with the layout they sent payment via credit card using Paypal and also emailed us the logo for us to digitise and turn into a vector logo. We emailed back confirmation of payment with the price and delivery to Dorchester for DIY fitting.
