Stainless steel signs are all made to order and to the size required. The plaques can be supplied cut to an oval shape as well as the traditional rectangle and square, they are usually paint filled in black however when a company logo is required a colour fill can be used to match RAL colours BS colours or Pantone colours.
A wide choice of fonts can be used on stainless steel signs. When a substantial amount of text is required it is better to use a standard Arial or Helvetica font for legibility.
Stainless steel signs are chemically etched and this process enables very fine detail to be achieved. This enables the production of crests, coats of
arms, school branding or industry body logos to be included on a plaque which would not be possible with traditional engraving.
Stainless steel etched plaques are supplied in 316 marine grade and is suitable for marine environments and coastal areas.
Our most popular size of plaque for business users is A4, 297mmx210mm. 1.5mm thick with letters and logos etched and filled black or a colour, more than one colour costs extra per colour fill. If you require more than one colour please ask for a quote.
Supply artwork as vector graphics, text turned to curves. eps files recommended. Any quantity of text included in price as well as a simple or detailed logo or line illustration. complex logos also fine.
Screws and caps supplied.
Plaques take 5 to 7 working days deliver depending on work load and any extra time spent on artwork preparations and finishing.
Shorter lead times may be acheived for tight deadlines for events if you require.
