Gold Stainless Steel is a metal alloy made of two separate elements, iron and chromium which is rust resistant, corrosion resistant, has a bright shiny finish does not tarnish. We use Titanium Gold Stainless steel.
The polished gold finish of the letters gives a high quality finish and professionalism unmatched by other processes. The letters can be used for interior or exterior use for flat cut and built up letters and logos.

Flat cut gold stainless steel letters & logos can be used internally or externally. Gold Stainless Steel is a totally weatherproof product and gives you a tough robust finish If the letters are to be fitted in a costal area we would always advise you use the 316 marine grade.

Gold Stainless Steel comes in polished finish or brushed finish. Gold Stainless Steel Letters Metal Letters are cut from 1.5mm, 2mm or 3mm thick sheets. Our Stainless Steel Lettering is available in 304 Grade and 316 Marine Grade. Gold Stainless Steel Lettering are supplied with Rod Fixings or Brass Locators and a paper template to indicate the location of the fixings.

Built up Lettering in Stainless Steel is available in any font of your choosing. We make the letters from 100mm high up to 1200mm high. The Return on the letters will vary depending on what you require. A 100mm high letter would usually have a 10mm return, a 500mm high letter would have a 50mm return. The return on a letter is usually 10% of the height of the letter. You may choose a deeper return such as having letters 150mm high with a return of 25mm, its your choice. Built up Metal Lettering is supplied with a Brushed Finish or Polished Finish. The Lettering is supplied with Rod fixings or Brass locators and a paper template to indicate the location of the fixings.

To obtain an estimate from us we will need to know the font that you would like, the height; 25mm up to 1200mm, if you want polished or brushed finish or painted, the thickness of the letters; do you want 1.5mm 2mm or 3mm, the fixing method required; rod fixings or brass locators, we could also do with information on where the letters are going; if they are near the sea you will need 316 marine grade; if the letters are going onto wood you will probably want brass locators and if the letters are going onto brick you may prefer threaded rod fixings.
