Styrofoam logos are similar to polystyrene logos but the cell structure of Styrofoam is so small, less than a millimetre. The material is cut and then painted to the customers requirements. The maximum height available is 600mm high and a maximum thickness of 150mm.

The letters are usually vinyl faced in gloss or chrome with the sides of the letters painted with a vinyl matt emulsion.

Styrofoam letters are also made to order using the same process as the logos.

Styrofoam logos can be used outside for short term use, they can also be used outside on shop front signs once they have had a resin coating applied to protect them.

The Skull Logo image is an example of a Styrofoam skull, made 600mm high, 100mm thick, coated with a  pigmented acrylic resin, with red matt eyes and  white painted face .

 The skull was lightweight because it was made of Styrofoam. It was coated in casting resin to make it stronger. Care must be taken when handling.
Once in position on the shop sign it will last for years.

Solid Wood Composite Logos made to order
for use on Executive office walls with the Corporate Logo. The letters are cut in a solid material and then painted in a matt black and vinyl faced in a gloss finish or Matt finish.

Acrylic Moulded Logos are made to order and are mostly used for shop front signs. The customer gives us the artwork as a vector graphic, we then make a pattern which is then used to make the acrylic moulded logos. The maximum size of logos available 1000mm x 1000mm to a depth of 25mm. Gold acrylic is the most popular colour .

Metal Logos are made form Stainless Steel and are produced in either flat cut with standoff fixings or as built up logos with a return. They can be supplied with LED lighting inside for illumination. 3D stainless steel logos are used for Premium Business Signs and Architectural Signage on Buildings.
